While we've been here, I've looked through a large bookstore and found--and bought--something of interest to you. Too bad my scanner kinda sucks, and that I have no interest in damaging the book.

I dunno if you've seen it before, or perhaps you even have it already; but I'll bet you I got a better deal. S$73.90 (That's singapore dollars), and the current exchange rate is S$1.5 to $1. In case you don't want to bother with the math, that's under $50 US. Not too shabby considering the size--only kinda wish that they were all fold out size. Ah, well.

damn i missed you- been a while. actually, i have purchased 2 copies of that art-book. one was about $75 and i scanned off that, while i was in a comic book store and came across another copy for only $40. i bought it on the spot and gave my old copy to one of my sisters. yeah, don't scan that art-book- it is out of print as far as i know.

if you can get your hands on Amano's "Kiten" and the newly released in the U.S. "Coffin- the artworks of VHD". i picked up the latter at Amazon: here
on Amano's site he is selling it for around $250- and i am not sure if he signed it or not.

How does it work. Well, we start in Semester 1, February (end) until around... June. We get a weeks' holiday in around April. From June to July we get a one month winter holiday. Then we get back to Uni and go until around November. Then November till February we get around a 3-4 month holiday (summer). There's also a one week holiday somewhere in Semester 2, but we haven't gotten round to it yet :P

Exams are generally at the end of each semester, and before exams we get a one week stuvac. That about sums it up, really :P

I'm glad to hear from you again! Well more than glad, very happy I guess :P Hmmm with school first year is cleared, I'm on holidays and don't start again until February. When I do start, it'll be worse than this year in terms of workload *sigh* UA has been half dead- most active/ prominent members are busy with school or lost interest in Minitokyo or walling in general, so that's not a surprise. But things can get brighter as I doubt it's a linear pattern- hopefully anyway

Heyo omni! First off, I just wanted to apologize for taking on the scoring duties for Arete without having received prior permission from you; Arete was your contest and you had invested a lot into it, and as such it was a very forward thing for me to do, but given the circumstances I thought action was best. As such, I hope you can forgive me for my presumptuousness.

That said, you haven't been around very lately, and from DREAM's comment in the Schattenrand guestbook, it seems as if real life isn't giving you much time for diversions such as Minitokyo, and as such I just wanted to stop by and wish you the best of luck in everything you're working on right now.
